Is there an option to adjust the idling on a PC?

On my computer when it idle for more than 2 mins, it will kick back up again, not letting the screen saver stay on for an extended period of time

thannks

Control Panel > Power Options

I assume you mean your machine is going into a stand-by or hibernate mode.

actually, i am trying to keep it in idle mode, it kicks out of it about every 2 mins.

i used the option to put it in hibernation every 1 minute, well, it goes into it, but then kicks right out. is that something to do with the computer itself you think?

Do you have any programs running? I know Windows media player can prevent a machine from going into hibernate\standby
